Important: We follow a strict No Return / No Refund Policy.

1. Final Sale

  • All purchases on GoDinDin are considered final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellation requests once an order is confirmed.

2. Product Condition

  • Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly review product images, videos, seller ratings, and condition tags (Like New, Good, Used) before purchasing.
  • GoDinDin only facilitates the platform for buying/selling and is not liable for product defects.

3. Order Issues

  • In case of damaged, fake, or wrong product received, buyers may report the issue within 48 hours using the in-app support system.
  • GoDinDin will review disputes on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement unless found in breach of platform terms.

4. Seller Vacation Mode

  • If a seller is in vacation mode, buyers will be notified of potential shipping delays (3–4 additional days).
