This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with the other policies notified by us from time to time governs your use of the Platforms. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, processing, transfer storage, retention and safeguarding of the Information (defined hereinafter) provided to us by you through the use of the Platforms and/or pursuant to the purchase of the Products on the Platforms.

Your Information will be collected, stored, and processed primarily in India and will be subject to the applicable laws of India, which may differ from the data protection and privacy laws of the country in which you are located.
• This document is an electronic record governed by the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions relating to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
• You may be required to provide your Information whenever you visit, access, use, or browse the Platforms. We may share and use such Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and may combine it with other information to provide, maintain, and improve our Products, services, content, and advertising. • We collect and process information for the purposes of enabling your effective use of the Services, enhancing and personalising your experience, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Such information may comprise Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

1. Personal Information refers to data that can identify an individual, whether directly or when combined with other information available to us. This includes, without limitation: Name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number, Permanent Account Number (PAN), employer details, occupation, work experience, and city/state of residence; Username, password, and profile photograph. Billing and shipping addresses, payment instrument details (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), transaction history, and refund information; Photographs, videos, reviews, ratings, tips, comments, lists, bookmarks, likes, and any other user-generated content posted publicly on the Platforms; Information obtained through linking or logging in via third-party sign-in services such as Facebook or Google, subject to your permissions and the third party’s privacy policy.
2. Non-Personal Information refers to data that, in isolation, cannot be used to identify an individual. This includes, without limitation: Web pages viewed on the Platforms; Aggregated statistical data about user activities, behaviours, and preferences.

Information Collected Automatically when you access or use the Services may include: Traffic data, location data, logs, search queries, error logs, date and time of visits, features utilised, time spent, and sequence of pages viewed; Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, platform, device type, unique device identifiers (Android ID, iOS ID), connection type and speed, mobile network information, and device telephone number; Metadata and other information associated with stored photographs, audio or video recordings, personal contacts, and address book information (where permitted); Real-time device location, subject to your consent; The last website address visited prior to accessing the Platforms; Online or offline status of our mobile application; Information on the presence or absence of other applications on your device in relevant categories, including shopping, travel, and food, for the purpose of personalising your experience.
4. Public Content and Risks: Any User Contributions you post on public areas of our Services may be accessible to other users or third parties. We cannot control the actions of others and do not guarantee that such content will remain private. Please use caution before sharing personal or sensitive information publicly. The Platforms are not directed towards minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any User who is under 18 (Eighteen) years. If we are made aware that we have collected the Personal Information of a person below the age of 18 (Eighteen) years, we will take steps to delete the Information within a reasonable time frame. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided his/ her Information on the Platforms without their consent, he or she shall contact us for the deletion of such Information. In the event, where in contravention to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, a person below the age of 18 (Eighteen) uses the services, we shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage or injury suffered by such person.

4. Use of Information Collected

• We may collect your Information whenever relevant to provide you with the information you request, to complete or process any transaction, to display Products you have selected, or to enable your participation in online events or contests. You also consent to the collection of certain Information or documents as required under applicable laws during the purchase of Products on the Platform. Your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data/Information may be collected, used, and processed for various purposes, including creating and enabling access to your registered account on the Platform; validating and processing your requests for Products or access to the Platform; assisting merchants in handling, processing, and fulfilling your orders; and facilitating software updates, product support, and verification of compliance with this Policy. We may also use your Information to develop, deliver, process, and improve our Products, services, and content in order to personalise and enhance your experience; to process voice, image, video, and camera-based inputs to respond to your requests and improve Platform functionality; and to collect and use location data to improve the design, performance, and content of the Platform. Furthermore, we may use your Information to inform you about our Products and/or third-party products, services, offers, discounts, updates, promotional initiatives, and events that may be of interest to you, as well as to send you order confirmations, invoices, delivery updates, technical notices, and security alerts. This may also include providing marketing communications and advertisements that we believe are relevant to you, including product recommendations based on your browsing behaviour and Platform usage. In addition, we may use your Information for internal analytics, auditing, data analysis, and research to improve our Products, services, and customer communications; to meet legal or regulatory requirements and comply with requests from governmental or judicial authorities; to resolve disputes, grievances, or complaints raised by you; and to detect, prevent, and monitor fraudulent or illegal activities on the Platform.

5. Disclosure and/or Sharing of Information Collected

• We may, from time to time, disclose the Information collected from you to our trusted third-party service providers who assist us in facilitating the provision of certain services in connection with your purchase of Products on the Platforms. For example, we may share your Information with third-party payment gateway providers to process online transactions, or with logistics service providers to deliver the Products you purchase. By using the Platform and/or purchasing Products, you consent to our disclosure of your Information to such third-party service providers in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. We ensure that such third parties are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations and are required to maintain and follow industry-standard security practices commensurate with those set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may also share your Information with our affiliates to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, and by continuing to use the Platforms and our services, you consent to such sharing and storage of Information with affiliates for the purposes of continued service delivery.
• We may process, disclose, transmit, and/or share your Information with Lemolite Technologies LLP entities and other third parties with whom we have business or contractual relationships. Your Information may also be considered as part of asset and will be disclosed or transferred to a third party as part of any reorganization, restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of a business division, whether in whole or in part. In such cases, we shall ensure that the third party receiving or acquiring our assets implements confidentiality and security measures that are at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy. If the new entity’s intended processing of your Information materially differs from the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, you will be provided the opportunity to opt out of such processing before it takes effect.
• To the extent permitted under applicable laws, we may disclose your Information to external organizations or individuals if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such access, use, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, judicial decrees, or enforceable governmental orders or notices; (ii) protect our rights or the rights of other users of the Platform; (iii) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (iv) mitigate credit risk.
• When using third-party payment gateway services, you may be required to provide certain Financial Information, including but not limited to your credit or debit card number or bank account details. Such Financial Information is collected directly by the third-party payment gateway provider solely for billing and payment purposes, and is transacted through secure, encrypted digital platforms of approved payment gateways in compliance with applicable technology standards. The verification and authentication of Financial Information are completed solely by you, without our involvement, and we bear no liability for any actions, inactions, or breaches on the part of such providers. We are not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between you and any third-party payment gateway providers.
• While we take all reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information, Financial Information, and Sensitive Personal Data/Information in accordance with applicable laws, you are strongly advised to exercise discretion when providing such information, as the internet is inherently susceptible to security risks. The Information shared or stored may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, purchase history, preferences, saved addresses, phone numbers, payment information, and browsing behaviour. We may also share Non-Personal Information with partners or third-party developers to improve their software, hardware, and services designed for use with the Platform. In such cases, we may provide diagnostic information relevant to the partner’s or developer’s products or services, but only in a form that does not personally identify you.

6. THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES

• The Services may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect application usage information and your Device Identifier when web pages from any online or mobile Services are served to your browser. In addition, while using the Services, you may be directed to other websites or applications that are operated and controlled by third parties over which we do not have any control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. For example, if you click on a banner ad, that click may redirect you from one of our websites to another. These other sites may send you their own cookies, independently collect data or solicit proprietary information, and may have their own published privacy policies. 7. Data Deletion and Retention

• You may delete your account at any time by visiting the Profile and Settings section of the mobile application, or by writing to us at the contact details provided below in clause.19 for assistance. Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all information associated with it, including order history, saved preferences, details of pending orders, exchanges, returns, refunds, coupons, and any benefits from loyalty programs. If there are any pending grievances, claims, shipments, or ongoing services, we may refuse or delay account deletion until such matters are resolved. Account deletion will not be applied retroactively and will be carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable laws. Once deleted, you will no longer have access to your account and must register as a new user to access the Platform again. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required under applicable law. However, we may retain certain data if necessary to prevent fraud, address future abuse, exercise our legal rights, defend against legal claims, or for other legitimate purposes. Data may also be retained in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes.

8. Storage

• The Information collected on the Platform shall be stored and processed in India and shall be governed by the applicable laws of India (including data protection and privacy laws).

9. Rights Of Users

• You have certain rights in relation to the information we process about you. These include: (i) the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on your consent; (ii) the right to object to processing where it is carried out on a legal basis other than consent; (iii) the right to know whether we are processing your information, to receive disclosure of certain processing details, and to obtain a copy of the information being processed; (iv) the right to verify the accuracy of your information and request its correction or update; (v) the right, in certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your information, in which case it will only be stored; (vi) the right, in certain circumstances, to request the erasure of your personal information; and (vii) the right to receive your information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, have it transmitted to another controller without hindrance. 13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• Go DinDin agrees that any suit, action or proceeding against the Company brought by any, directors, Experts, officers, users, and any affiliates, or by any person who controls company, arising out of or based upon this Agreement, and any claim, controversy or dispute arising under or related thereto or the transactions contemplated hereby may be instituted in Gujarat, India, and waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any such proceeding, and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any suit, action or proceeding.

14. Severability

• Whenever possible, each section of this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in a manner so as to be valid under applicable law. However, in the event any provision is held to be prohibited or invalid, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or other remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy.
